A New Bible Class Leader

The First Love Bible Class was finally able to hold its planned Christmas fellowship activity on January 11, 2010 after the snowy weather caused several cancellations. The fellowship activity was a very spiritual, uplifting event which energized and gave a renewed outlook to the New Year and the focus of the group.

Our members enjoyed music and a well displayed holiday style luncheon prepared by Jaclyn Green with the help of Diana Green. We delighted in the exchanging of gifts, friendly conversation and blessed memories.

The First Love Bible Class has successfully existed over ten years with extraordinary spirit filled leadership. Our new leader is a charter member of the class. She became our leader early in November, 2009. We welcome Mrs. Marian Bordley as our new leader. The First Love Bible class will carry on in the excellent manner that was set at its inception by Mrs. Shirley Pinkett. We will always be grateful for her guidance and superior leadership.

The members of the class are: Martha Ayers, Evelyn Barnhart, Marion Bordley, Elizabeth Brown, Anna Craig, Alice Gibson, Diana Green, Jaclyn Green, Hortense Henry, Dorothy Hunter, Carolyn King, Rosemarie Scott, Virginia Starke, and Mary Wren.

First Love Bible class welcomes any who may wish to join with us. Come and learn with us as we explore and grow in strength and effective service through the Word.
