This is a ministry whose aim is to assist disadvantaged men, women and children by giving them an opportunity to live in the community as first class citizens. Families are placed in decent, affordable housing and their physical, spiritual and emotional needs are met through education and counseling.

Two of Rev. Fowler's favorite hymns are "Jesus Paid It All For Me" and Great Is Thy Faithfulness."

He is the husband of Betty, the father of Kimberly Miller, LaShan Charles, and JaNae Fowler; father-in-law of Richard Miller and Ronald Charles; grandfather of Morgan Fowler, Canaan Miller, Kyndal Miller and Milan Charles.
