About the Missionary Society

The Missionary Ministry has been in the service of the Lord for many years, In this time we have assisted in the spreading of God's word through out this city.

The Missionary Ministry has been active for along time in Bible studies classes, serving the sick with visitation, visiting the various Nursing Homes to bring a cheerful word of the Lord to those who otherwise would not have anyone beside them.

The Missionary Ministry has assisted with many outreach programs for the elderly to give comfort to those who have no other way to fellowship with fellow Christians.

The Missionary Ministry is responsible for hosting our Evangelistic event each year that we hold on our parking lot. We hold a three night revival for the community outside of the walls of the church. This evangelistic endeavor is to attract Christians to God in the community. We invite different ministers to attend and hold services that all can attend.

Missionary Ministry meets every 2nd Saturday at 1pm. Membership requirements include being a member of Morning Star Baptist church as well as being a professing Christian, and having a willingness to do the Lord's work.

Membership Requirements

We invite you to come join us by giving your time and talents to the Lord through the Missionary Society. We do have the following requirements:

• A member of Morning Star Baptist Church
