The Missionary Society has been in the service of the Lord for many years, In this time we have assisted in the spreading of God's word through out this city.
The Missionary Society has been active for along time in Bible studies classes, serving the sick with visitation, visiting the various Nursing Homes to bring a cheerful word of the Lord to those who otherwise would not have anyone beside them.
The Missionary Society has assisted with many outreach programs for the elderly to give comfort to those who have no other way to fellowship with fellow Christians.
The Missionary Society is responsible for hosting our Evangelistic event each year that we hold on our parking lot. We hold a week long service for the community outside the walls of the church. This evangelistic endeavor is to attract Christians to God in the community. We invite different ministers to attend and hold services that all can attend.
The Missionary Society meets the 2nd Saturday at 1 p.m.
Membership Requirements
We invite you to come join us by giving your time and talents to the Lord through the Missionary Society. We do have the following requirements:
- We ask that you be a professing Christian
- A member of Morning Star Baptist Church
