Pastor's Aid MinistryThe mission of the Pastor's Aid is to provide aid and assistance to the Pastor. We serve as caretakers by contributing financially, socially and spiritually. By caring for our Pastor's needs, this gives him uninterrupted time to spend doing the will of God. By doing this, we show our appreciation for his leadership and spiritual guidance to the church. Usher BoardIn 1896 the usher board of Morning Star Baptist Church of Christ was started under the leadership of George Swift. The Senior Usher Board has now been "On the battlefield for the Our Lord" for over one hundred eleven years. The Junior Usher Board will be celebrating its one hundredth Usher's Anniversary in January 2008. Visit Page |

Music MinistryFor the past 119 years the Choirs of the Morning Star Baptist Church of Christ have ministered the word of God through the medium of song. Our ministry is to lift the praise to God through music. The preached word and great music go hand in as both minister to the people of God! Nurses GuildThe Lottie Henry Nurses Unit is a collaboration of women with various backgrounds in health related fields and non-related health fields. The Nurses Guild's Mission is to provide aid to the sick and to provide health screenings and education to the congregation in regards their health care needs. Visit Page |
