The lead secretary of MSBCOC is Mrs. Shirley Howard. Her assistant is Trus. Alice Roseborough. The office is in operation from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
Mrs. Howard's duties are to effectively communicate with the pastors, the executive staff and parishioners. She also communicates with the business world concerning issues of the church. Mrs. Howard performs all secretarial duties in a timely and proficient manner. She responds to correspondence as needed. She is responsible for distributing incoming mail to the correct persons.
